Developed by Cityworks, this product provides a comprehensive set of applications for asset, work and property management. It is designed specifically for public works, utilities and other organizations faced with the challenge of managing capital assets and infrastructure.
Cityworks is built on and is fully compatible with ArcGIS technology. It can be deployed as a desktop or browser application solution. It helps you make the most of your GIS investment without the costly duplication of data, risky synchronization or integration.
Cityworks leverages customers' GIS database investment and can manage any features in a geodatabase – water, wastewater, storm water, streets, signs, traffic signals, parks, facilities and others. It provides a complete solution for managing your dispersed infrastructure with tools for creating and tracking maintenance activities associated to assets and addresses. These include handling requests for service, conflict resolution, work orders, tests and inspections, and ad-hoc search and reporting.
