  The French Supplement provides the ArcGIS user interface and online help in French and also includes a collection of resource documents.

  This link will take you to the ESRI France website where you can download patches and service packs for the ArcGIS French Supplement. 
• NTv2: The National Transformation Version 2 (NTv2) grid shift files provide a national standard for transforming coordinates between the NAD27 and NAD83 reference systems. To use the Canadian National Transformation Version 2 method in ArcGIS you will need to download the appropriate files.

• ESRI Resource Centers
  ESRI Resource Centers provide organized and unified Web access to a broad range of important product information including product documentation, samples, map content, blogs and tools.  Additionally, the Resource Centers offers specific product and user communities so that ArcGIS users can get connected with others from around the world by exchanging ideas through discussion forums and blogs.  Share helpful examples through galleries for downloading and uploading code samples, maps and geoprocessing models.

  Visit the ArcGIS Online Web site to find maps, data and other resources from ESRI and the ArcGIS community. You can easily upload your own data and share it either publicly or in private groups.

  Visit the Resource Centre to access data in maps, layers and globes.

  Access industry specific data models to simplify the process of project implementation.

  The Geography Network Canada is an online resource for finding and sharing Canadian geographic content, including maps and data from many of our country's leading providers. 
• GIS for Canada
  GIS for Canada is a vision of how different levels of governments can work together to collect and share geographic information or data layers for the entire country.

Education Resources

• Lessons
  A variety of lessons, for both ArcView 3.x and ArcView 9.x, are available for download on the education website. These lessons are designed as a ready-to-print resource for teachers to print and hand out to students, to get started with GIS in their classrooms. The lessons use a combination of downloadable datasets and data from ArcCanada, a dataset specifically designed for classroom use. There is also a web-based GIS lesson available that leverages the Geography Network Canada.
• Tutorials
  These tutorials are intended for teachers as a "how-to" guide for various GIS operations that are commonly used in the classroom. Tutorials are available for ArcView 3.x and ArcView 9.x. Topics include geoprocessing, buffering, hotlinking/hyperlinking, data creation, and more.
