It certifies that Esri Canada has implemented the strictest guidelines and controls to ensure the security of our cloud solutions, which include Assessment Analyst® GAMA, Cityworks Online Canada, Ratio.City and ArcGIS Managed Cloud Services. Esri Canada has been ISO 27017 certified since 2024.
ISO 27018:2025 is a standard that focuses on the protection of personally identifiable information (PII) in public clouds acting as PII processors. It certifies that Esri Canada has established stringent information security controls for data privacy within our cloud solutions, which include Assessment Analyst GAMA, Cityworks Online Canada, Ratio.City and Managed Cloud Services. Esri Canada has been ISO 27018 certified since 2024.
ISO 31700-1:2023 embeds privacy by default throughout the lifecycle of products and services that process personal information. Esri Canada is among a select few organizations globally to achieve this certification for ArcGIS Managed Cloud Services (MCS), ensuring responsible handling of personal information through governance, processes and controls across the design, delivery, operation and decommissioning of our trusted cloud services. Esri Canada has been ISO 31700-1 certified since June 2026.
Esri Canada has successfully met all Level 1 requirements for the Government of Canada’s Canadian Program for Cyber Security Certification. This confirms that our company’s ISO-certified security controls provide comprehensive coverage of federal cybersecurity procurement requirements.
