Session Overview

To ensure our economic recovery, the focus of the Union des municipalités du Québec’s (UMQ) municipal economic recovery plan, supported by the Government of Québec, is to jumpstart the implementation of public transit and road network improvement projects. On May 17, the UMQ was happy to hear the announcement of the investment totaling $600 M. Did you know that the ArcGIS platform includes a range of tools that can facilitate your workflows to support these projects that need to be launched quickly and strategically?

In this webinar, you will learn how using GIS complements the four strategic pillars of the municipal economic recovery plan: sustainable development, infrastructure projects, vitality of municipalities and regions and supporting local businesses.

Under each of these four strategic pillars, concrete measures were identified, and we will present some examples on how to use the configurable apps and tools in the ArcGIS platform to make it easier to implement the plan and ils measures.

  • Sustainable development
  • Implementation of infrastructure projects
  • Vitality of municipalities and regions
