Assessment Analyst® GAMA helps assessment teams modernize workflows and deliver fair and uniform valuations through three levels of service: Explorer, Editor and Evaluator.
Integrated capabilities, including Sketch Verification, help teams identify discrepancies, improve data accuracy and support valuation workflows in a map‑centric environment.
Explorer provides powerful geospatial visualization tools and includes Sketch Verification (SV). SV uses georeferenced imagery to identify sketch discrepancies and ensure properties are accurately represented. SV results appear directly in Explorer, allowing assessors to review issues and understand where data cleansing is needed.
Editor builds on Explorer by adding advanced editing tools. Assessment staff can correct sketch discrepancies identified during SV and update property data in a GIS environment. Editor also serves as an authoritative sketching solution for creating and maintaining accurate building sketches.
Evaluator combines the power of GIS with the capabilities of a CAMA system to create a geographic assisted mass appraisal solution. With clean and accurate data from Editor, assessment teams can use Evaluator as their new CAMA system of record and perform comprehensive valuation and analysis.
Sketch Verification helps ensure your property sketches align with reality using georeferenced imagery and aerial photography. Available as part of Explorer or as a standalone capability, it helps assessment teams identify discrepancies, improve data accuracy and support more consistent, defensible valuations. Learn more.
Assessment Analyst® GAMA (AA GAMA) is a GIS-based property assessment platform that helps assessment teams view, edit and evaluate property data using maps and spatial analysis tools. It combines the capabilities of GIS and CAMA to support fair, equitable and defensible valuations.
AA GAMA is designed for property assessment organizations and professionals, including assessors, analysts and data teams that require accurate, spatially enabled data to support mass appraisal and assessment workflows. It is not intended as a public property lookup tool.
AA GAMA supports the full assessment lifecycle by helping organizations:
Visualize property and market data on interactive maps
Work with spatial and nonspatial assessment data
Identify data anomalies, sketch discrepancies and valuation patterns
Review properties and market trends within a geographic context
Edit property data and building sketches
Perform valuation analysis
These capabilities help assessment teams improve data quality, efficiency and consistency across their operations.
AA GAMA helps assessment teams identify data issues, correct property characteristics and maintain accurate building sketches in a map-based environment. Users with Editor or Evaluator access can update individual properties or apply bulk edits, with changes reflected in the application.
AA GAMA can integrate multiple imagery sources, including aerial, street-front and oblique imagery, to support property review, sketch verification and reassessment workflows. By bringing imagery together with spatial data, such as parcels and buildings, and nonspatial assessment data, organizations can identify discrepancies, conduct comprehensive analysis and reporting and improve the accuracy of their property records.
AA GAMA can also help organizations prepare for future CAMA migrations. Identifying discrepancies, correcting sketches and validating property characteristics in advance can reduce the risk and complexity associated with transitioning to a new system.
Assessment Analyst® GAMA is offered through three subscription tiers: Explorer, Editor and Evaluator. Each tier builds on the previous one, allowing organizations to subscribe to the level that best meets their assessment workflows and operational goals.
Explorer supports geospatial visualization and property data review and includes Sketch Verification.
Editor includes Explorer capabilities and adds map-based property data editing and authoritative sketching tools. It allows assessment staff to correct property data and create and maintain accurate building sketches.
Evaluator includes the capabilities of Explorer and Editor and adds comprehensive CAMA, valuation and analysis functionality. It can serve as an organization’s CAMA system of record and support assessment management across the valuation lifecycle.
Three additional capabilities and services are also available:
Sketch Verification is included with Explorer and is also available as a standalone capability. It uses georeferenced imagery and aerial photography to help assessment teams identify sketch discrepancies and improve property data accuracy.
Sketch Creation provides property sketch creation and conversion services and is available separately. Sketches are georeferenced against imagery for improved precision.
Assessment Analyst® 3D provides advanced three-dimensional property analysis and is available separately.

AA GAMA Evaluator supports valuation models, including models created in third-party software, giving organizations flexibility in their valuation approaches.
AA GAMA is built on Esri technology and integrates with ArcGIS, enabling organizations to use mapping, spatial analysis and data management capabilities across the Esri ecosystem.
